This newly remodeled, sought after beach home is awesome! Whether it is small or large groups, we can accommodate even the most discreminating taste!

Rent it as a 2/1 and it can sleep up to 8 with 2 queens, 2 bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Or....for larger groups, rent the other fantastic side that is also a 2/1 - with duplicate bedding, you can now sleep up to 16!

What a fantastic place for families, fishing groups, family reunions or church groups.

Of course, the location is excellent (it is PORT ARANSAS, TEXAS, after all!), back by the city park, city pool, and just a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to launch your boat or book a fishing party boat. The interior is finished meticulously. With both summer and Winter Texans in mind, we have furnished this like home. The kitchen is fully furnished, all towels and linens are provided. We installed gorgeous pergo flooring, comfortable furniture (Winter Texans - you will love it) central heat and air, quiet neighborhood and lots of parking.
