Policies:

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun. We have just a few guidelines that will enable us to offer all our guests a great stay.

No smoking in any of the rooms. We have covered patios and you may smoke outside.
No fish cleaning on the property.
If you ask us to hold your room and give us a credit card to do so, we charge the card $100 to hold your reservation (for each room). For holiday bookings - this is NOT refundable. For other bookings, no refunds will be given 10 days prior to your reservation.
We provide games, bar-b-q's, patio furniture, and many amenities to our guests. If these items (or any items from your quarters are missing or damaged) after your stay, you will be charged for them.
