Mitzi has owned homes in Port Aransas for years and knows just what guests need in a well appointed vacation home. Flamingo Alley is going to be your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The front room will be the center of activity with a large sectional for kicking back and television. Over in one corner is a quieter place to read or contemplate. Dining can be "beachy formal" at the round dining table or offered ala carte at the breakfast bar. There is even a well-stocked bookcase and desk for those who feel they must do a little work on their laptop. There are 2 bedrooms but the home easily sleeps 8. The master has a queen bed, the second bedroom has twins. The solarium also has two twin beds. For even more sleeping you'll have a pull out sofa in the living room.

We all know the kitchen is the hub of family activity and Mitzi has appointed this kitchen with everything you will need - from cookbooks to wineglasses and everything in between. There is a covered enclosed carport perfect for rainy day children's games and also for your dog. A dog run is also in the making.

The master bedroom has a tempurpedic type mattress and private TV. There is a large dresser and beautiful blue and white china decor.


The reading nook is in the corner of the Master Bedroom. Grab your favorite novel after a long day at the beach!



Twin beds in this room with interior designer bedding. Closet and dresser with mirror.


This long sunlit room offers sleeping for 2 or more on the daybeds. There is also a television and a game table.


A great kitchen that has all the utensils and appliances you will need to cook a 5 course meal. Full sized fridge, range and dishwasher and lots of beautiful serving dishes.


Mitzi is ever the decorator and has the dining table all set for your gourmet meals.
