Experience a tropical getaway and more while you relax and enjoy this old family beach house centered among 75 palm trees and enclosed lush garden with a wrap-around deck overlooking the Intercoastal waterway and UT Marina. While the property is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is within walking distance of the jetty, beach, UT bird watching observation deck, restaurants and entertainment area.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with king beds and en suite baths. Downstairs has separate entrance with a double bed and bunk beds with en suite bath. Three car garage that opens on both sides makes great cool entertainment area.
The well-appointed beachside decor is overflowing with art of shells, mermaids, fish and birds. Great place to sit and watch the ships go by. All you need to bring is your favorite pillow.
